Computer Based Instruction & Design for Learning

Course Description:
This course explores using computer-based learning in instructional design.  There was an emphasis on current trends in social media and using those trends to create effective instruction that reaches all audiences.

Course Reflection:
This course explored using tools available to me create learning that could reach my target audience.  I explored different ideas within computer-based instruction and how these could be effective tools.  I designed a YouTube video, Pinterest page, an educational Twitter feed, and an educational Facebook page.  These allowed me to see how useful social media could be in education.  I also explored other web 2.0 tools available to create instruction and reach the masses.
